Disappointing stay

Liked: Staff and breakfast were good
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room, so we had to move rooms at midnight. The pool looked kind of green and did not smell like chlorine, so my kids weren’t able to swim in it.

Would think twice before coming...

Liked: A lot of space and comfortable bed.
Disliked: They made minimal effort to clean the room. Shoeprints across the tiled floor, something smeared across the desk, and places on the wall where stuff had been spilt. Large stains on the curtains and hair still in the bathroom sink, etc.

Good but I will not...

Liked: Convenient, clean and price was reasonable.
Disliked: $100 deposit held, taking 3-5 days for the money to be refunded.I am tired of paying for other people who fail to follow rules. Corporate America continuing to find ways to use my $$.This is unfair and although life ain't fair, another example of businesses finding ways to make more money.No way someone (Comfort or the bank) isn't making interest on all those $100 deposits. And why? Credit cards are required. Damages should be charged to people's credit card, not a penalty or rip to those who follow the rules.

Liked: Having stayed here before, it was as expected. Did not stay long enough to enjoy any of the ammenities which did not matter, even though the pool closed.
Disliked: The breakfast was kinda on the simples side. But it was all fresh and tasty.

Exceptional

Beds were awesome and clean!...

Liked: We woke up early and went down to get coffee. It was totally empty. The guy behind the counter had to change it and when he did it tasted horrible. We left at 10 minutes before 6 and he told us we had to wait until 6:00. We didn’t get any breakfast. The location was perfect and the beds were amazing.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn’t work. Also, the drain in the tub wouldn’t go down.
