Liked: From the moment the automated doors opened you could smell how clean and inviting the hotel was my room was perfect very clean very comfortable.

It wasn't bad but it...

Liked: The room was spacious and the beds were clean. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: The carpet in the room didn't seem to be completely clean besides the main walkways. There were spatters of something on the wall. The towel hook on the bathroom door fell off when we hung a towel on it. The kitchen had some sort of issues in the morning so we had to wait an hour for breakfast which delayed our departure. One of the locks between our room and the adjoining room was broken.

We would stay here again.

Liked: The location is ideal for visiting my sister who lives around the corner from here, the beds were comfortable and appeared clean, and the room and bathroom were very spacious
Disliked: It was hard to catch someone at the front desk, our sofa bed in our room was unusable and uncomfortable to even sit on. The room looked clean at first glance but there was debris on the floor especially under and around the beds. We kept finding little plastic gems stuck to our feet from the carpet. Also at one point around 9:30 pm our room began to shake as if there were an earthquake, I believe because of the proximity to the laundry room which was in use.
