Disliked: the shower didn't drain. I had to shower in an inch of water at my feet. NOT COOL!

Liked: We were very happy with the room as our needs were met by the staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a good variety. I have to mention the lady staff named Lharina was such a breath of fresh air every morning with a sunshine smile and so willing to serve us.We found the mattresses and pillows a bit soft, firmer would be nice.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Room and hotel were very clean and absent from unusual bad odors.
Disliked: The breakfast room was crowded, the space between foods was small, and the line for waffles make it impossible to get one. The food was OK.

Liked: Well-designed and comfortable suites; good breakfast/breakfast facilities.

Excellent value.

Disliked: My only critique is that there was no where in the shower to put anything, even soap.
