Comfort Suites Salem

Nice hotel.

Disliked: The walls are thin. We could hear the neighbors (who were being active late at night). To the credit of the staff they did approach the guests twice asking them to quiet down. We could also hear people running up and down hall upstairs.

All and all a comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Adequate room for myself, my wife and our two 17 year olds.
Disliked: The water flow from the shower head was inadequate. Needs a more forceful flow to help get soap out of long hair.

Liked: Great place to stay with the family. The staff was very friendly and available 24-hrs The hotel facilities were clean. The indoor pool was well stocked with towels. The gym was small but had all of the main equipment. The hot breakfast was a perfect start to each day. Several restaurants were a short drive away, there may have been one restaurant in walking distance. The lobby did have snacks for purchase. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, it's amenities, and the location.

I loved it even though...

Liked: I did not like how they did not care to clean up the room even when I asked. I just ended up sweeping and cleaning everything for the 2 weeks we were here. I did love how they had breakfast every morning.
