Comfort Suites

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms lack towel racks and other bathroom essentials.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to 3hours for our room, while others walked in with bags and received rooms. We reserved our rooms in May. We traveled from New York to sit in the parking lot for 3 hours. The breakfast was okay but I expected more.It didn't live up to the HILTON name.

Disliked: That it didn't have the amenities that I am use to in a hotel

BULLY Night shift front desk...

Disliked: What I didn't like was the night shift staff trying to get in my room at 3:30 in the morning telling my mom we didn't belong in there, two men's and a lady. I told my mom to shut the door. They scared my 80 yr old mom. I made a phone call to the front desk cause when I threw on a robe they was gone down to the front desk. I made a call and asked the guy was he the one trying to get in my room, he said yes and proceed to tell me we shouldn't be in that room and didn't know who let us in there and I asked him who the hell he thought we were some damn squatters I paid for the room was given the key. I didn't appreciate you and the other folks telling my 80 yr old mom we had to get out. He then asked me what my name was and said we should have been in another room.

Disliked: Did not service the room even tho we stayed 3 nights.

Liked: Considering I didn’t know the area and how far away it would be for us to get to Baseball tournement , it turned out to be a great choice! So good location easy to get to eat to get to returns abd stores!
Disliked: N/a

Disliked: The room smelled like stale dirty feet
