Liked: Room Was Very Clean & They Had Great Breakfast Selections.
Disliked: Shower Head Could Use Replacement. Water Was Going Out Of Tub All Over Bathroom Floor.

Liked: It was close to the casino and restaurants, I was easy to find and the price was right. There was NOTHING else.
Disliked: The room was awful, dirty, and the bath room shower head leaked and water was poor coming out for a shower. The hallway smelled and was not vacuumed. I would like a refund we could not sleep considering the room conditions. Do NOT use this hotel.

Liked: That it was in a good location.
Disliked: 1. no breakfast 1st day 2.a lightbulb was out, told staff 2Xs. light was not fixed. 3. Used Amex card for incidentals. 2d day I get fraud alert that my card was used at Bob Evans. Bob Evans was next door. 4.stains on loveseat

Liked: Clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: Front desk had bad behavior, not welcome someone to come back, they need to change that lady, not enough parking.

Disliked: The friggen lotion and Conditioner were half used

Liked: Location is in close proximity to shopping mall and many eateries.
Disliked: Room lighting was either too bright or too dark. Coffee maker in room was full of water and bug particles. Cockroaches were crawling in sleeping area and bathroom. Towels and washcloths were pungent smelling. Highly unsatisfactory.

Disliked: Had to switch three different Rooms, first room lights didn't work, heat lamp and exhausted didn't work, second room curtains were falling off, third room, which we stayed in curtains and comforter were stained, comforter was ripped, dirt on ac not happy
