Disliked: When I booked my reservation, I was told pets are allowed. My 10 lb. little dog is an anxiety support dog. I have anxiety attacks and she calms me. I went to check in and they said no dogs allowed. I showed them my tags and they said that was their policy. I was waiting for my husband to arrive but his flight was canceled. He travels for work. I didn't want to stay alone so I came a friend an hour away to stay with her. When I told the front desk person, they said I would have to pay $168 for the first night. I was extremely upset and paid the amount and sat in my car and cried for almost an hour. We are having renovations on our home because of water damage and I needed to stay somewhere. I will never go through Booking. Com again have have suggested the same to friends and family.
