Disliked: The room was trash, building under construction ,elevator broke , we had to walk up 8 flights of steps to get to the 4th floor the back door was broken with caution tape on it , they had the stairways door open for anyone can come in.. it smelled like paint which bothered my asthma n caused my kids and I to have an headache .. and last but not least look like mice dropping under ac unit in the room

This hotel has seen better...

Liked: Bedding was comfortable. Unit was clean.
Disliked: Elevator was broken , had to carry my luggage up the steps to room. Wife had knee surgery needed the elevator.Room door locks were broken. Trucks parked outside by the windows of our room and idled there engines all night. Building was being rehabbed. Breakfast was poor.

Liked: Room was okay. Staff was okay.When the elevator was broken did try to make up for it however, should not have stated that it make take 30 minutes to fix when it needed major repairs.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. As an adult with a disability this was a major disappointment. Will probably not stay again. Shower had hair in it. Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly. Put a coffee table in the main space. Room was way too cold.
