Great hotel, close to highway,...

Liked: Wonderful accommodating staff, we were tied up in traffic and running late & the desk clerk went over & above for us. We also love that the breakfast lets us get right back on the road. Great Comfy room ♥️
Disliked: Nothing

Would stay here again

Liked: Comfy and big rooms
Disliked: Construction on the property, couldnt use the elevator tok much because it would heat up. Breakfast was good but adding other stuff would be nice too.

Will not reserve a room...

HORRIBLE stay.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: So many things were horrible. Elevator doesnt work. Pool not open and filled with debris. Exposed pipes in shower. Exterior build door locks broken you had to pull duct tape to open the door. Anyone could just walk into thw building at any time. 2 TINY drawers for clothes. Room not stocked with any toilet paper or soap @ checking. Lobby coffee cold. Lobby water not refilled. Rooms half painted. Room clock was wrong so I got to the breakfast area with 5 minutes to spare on the first day when clock said I had 30 minutes. Most items were already removed from "buffet" staff member reach right in front of me and turnes off the juice machine that I was using and took the small bowl of fruit that was directly in front of me. Went back the 2nd morning with 2 hours to spare and most items were still not stocked Family traveling with us in another room had not water pressure in the shower and it took 15 minutes for the water to get warm not hot. We had shower pressure but barely enough pressure to flush the toilet. Cleaning staff was nice but only one of the front desk staff was nice they others extremely rude. I could go on and on but will leave that for our calls to corporate.
