Liked: The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, pool was clean, breakfast was good
Disliked: Wifi didn't work well, shower head didn't work right and ended up flooding the bathroom, air conditioning was not on when we arrived and it was very hot in the room. It did cool down, but it took a few hours.

Disliked: The facility appeared dated. Lighting in the room was not adequate for reading. The A/C was too noisey. The floor as well as the bathroom tub was dangerously slippery. I think there will be a law suit in your future

Liked: Not much. Did not eat the breakfast. Schedule did not permit. Did have some coffee and it was good. The staff was good for the most part but it was the overall experience that was frustrating!
Disliked: Traveling and arrived late at night. First room the remote for the TV was missing and they could not find one that worked so they moved us to a different room that was NOT clean around 11:30pm. The sheets even had a blood stain on one of them, the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. The shampoo bottle was empty. Thankfully I brought my own shampoo. There was one trashcan and no trash bags. Half of the lights did not work. The noise from the room above was horrible and could not be muffled because the hotel has removed all their carpeting and installed laminate flooring that is not noise cancelling at all. But the worst part...they put us in a room with an adjoining room door, the doorknob did not have a lock, only the metal flip lock at the top, so we woke up the second night to a strange man staring at us from the adjoining room through the crack in the doorway. We jumped up and yelled at him to close the door, slammed the door shut, and my husband told him he was going to come over there and kick his butt if he touched the door again. It was very unsettling, strange, weird, all of the above, and I was not able to sleep after that. I even got up and pushed a desk and a chair in front of the adjoining room door. I called the front desk and to my knowledge, they did nothing. I would not stay here ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. With all the trouble we went through, of course we were charged the full fee. I am not a cheap person, nor do I expect anything free, but they should have done something about the strange man staring at us through the doorway crack. There should be locks and deadbolts on those doorknobs, not just the little metal "flip" half lock at the top. Ridiculous!! Don't stay here!! Had I been traveling alone as I do occasionally, I would have been terrified. Strange to wake up and find a stranger watching you through a crack in the door, particularly late at night.
