Liked: The staff were reasonable
Disliked: Our room was disgusting, with several things still not clean when we arrived, not to mention the sofa bed was covered in mold. The walls are so thin that for hours as we were trying to go to sleep the people in the room next to us blasted their music loudly.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I wasn't able to stay after driving an hour and 10 mins I was told that they don't rent to locals which, Snead's Ferry isnt exactly local and I was in the middle of moving to Wallace NC, however. I had oral surgery first thing in the morning and had to fast so I needed to be close. I was turned away at 1130 at night and nowhere on any website did it state they don't accept locals. I manage hotels, and trust me the way this whole thing was handled was just miserable. I'm very familiar with third party reservations. And I have YET TO BE REFUNDED FOR MY STAY. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF. YOUR Night AUDITOR LAUGHED IN MY FACE. WOW. IF This management is the same that was running the large hotel that failed. Well there's no wonder why.

Think again before you stay...

Liked: The value for a last minute search for a night stay with my family
Disliked: I found a live roach in the bathroom. The carpet had stains and the fridge look like someone used it for hitting practice. The bathroom door had been cut down so it didn’t stick and it would hit your knees because of how close it is to the toilet. Upon leaving I told the front desk she didn’t care about the roach and was augmentative with us. Very bad attitude.

Disliked: The room I was given had bed bugs and my children and I were bitten multiple times. I got up called the desk at 5:40am and let them know I would be leaving and packed our bags.

Great and friendly

Liked: I checked into another hotel that I wasn’t happy with and at 12 am the clerk at comfort welcomed me and my young son in with open arms and a great attitude!!! Thank you
Disliked: The pillows could of been better they were pretty flat

Very disappointed and disgusted in...

Liked: The front desk staff were wonderful. Very professional and helpful.
Disliked: The first room hadn't been cleaned. The second room was not accessible due to tools in front of the door. The third room appeared cleaned until I went into the bathroom. The sink was filthy. The shower had hair in it. The sink at the coffee bar was also dirty. When I went to the front desk to report the sink I was informed that no cleaning staff were on the property. The pillows were the size of couch pillows and lumpy. If we had not been so tired I would have left, but we convinced ourselves it was only for the night, but I did strip the bed down before using it, along with inspecting it.
