Comfortable Stay at Comfort Inn

Liked: The hotel is new. Breakfast is decent. There is no salad bar, but all the nutrition I want was there. The room was spacious. 2 Queen size beds were more than enough for us.
Disliked: Hot water in the bathtub was not hot. It’s okay for a quick shower but not for full recovery shower.

Liked: The staff was friendly and location is good.
Disliked: We had a pretty bad sleep. Our room 323 had the worst beds and sofa beds. They sound like they were going to break each time that you move, it was impossible to have a deep and restful night. The room smell like mold. Additionally we were 5 guests and they left just 3 shower towels.

Not what I expected...

Disliked: Let me start by saying that for a Suite, I expected much better. The room was just okay—nothing special. It appears larger in the pictures than it actually is. While the cleanliness was acceptable, it was clear that the staff lacked proper cleaning procedures. For example, during breakfast, someone was removing trash and pushing a trash cart right through the dining area—passing between guests who were trying to enjoy their meal. Speaking of breakfast, it was an absolute disappointment. Easily the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in the U.S. The options were extremely limited and lacked any real nutritional value. For a hotel stay, especially one with "Suites" in the name, this experience fell far below expectations.
