Smaller bed than what I...

Liked: Everything was great except the bed size.
Disliked: I reversed a room with two queen beds but there ware two double bed and when I called them the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful and said the beds are queen and I don’t need to argue!

Our go to in Williamsburg!

Liked: We love staying at this hotel. We are annual pass holders at Busch Gardens and this is where we stay every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond, the breakfast is delicious and the room with the sofabed fits our family of 4 perfectly.
Disliked: The price is a bit high for a one night stay compared to other local hotels.

Wonderful stay; it was clean...

Liked: It was super clean! I brought Clorox wipes to wipe down everything and there was no dirt on it after wiping down surfaces!

Super disappointed.

Liked: Bed was good
Disliked: Room was not clean. Random hair everywhere, soap scum in the shower and the jacuzzi was DIRTY. The jets spewed out black gunk all over like they had never been cleaned.
