Disliked: The elevators were down during my entire stay. I had to ask repeatedly for towels before I was able to get some. My room wasn’t clean and I was disappointed I didn’t choose the home 2 suites down the street. Please pay a little extra and stay at a nicer hotel.

Liked: This is a great place to stay. The location is walking distance from almost everything I needed. The staff is very friendly. My bed was very comfortable. The nights were quiet. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is always staffed.
Disliked: This particular time the love seat had no floor lamp by it. I remember my previous room had one, as I was able to crochet by the light. This time I could not. So, slightly less happy with this particular room, which also showed some evidence of prior damage.

Liked: Location is good for us bc it is in walking distance to Whole Foods, one of our favorite Persian restaurants, a great Mediterranean restaurant, Whole Foods , Half Priced Books, Target . The reason we go to Houston is to visit my husband,s Mom, this place is a five minute drive from where she lives. Location is great for us but this area has “ run down” a lot in the past five years.
Disliked: Outlets and hairdryer in restroom did not work. Tried resetting them, nothing worked. Fridge iced our food, layer of ice over top of food containers and the fridge door seemed odd. Microwave and mini fridge seemed very old. Elevator was a little concerning, loud, jarring and smelled a little like weed when we first arrived.
