Great place with good vibes!

Liked: From the employee's courtesy and kindness, to the clean and spacious room, to the breakfast...it was all enjoyable and we loved it! Would definitely be back again!
Disliked: The pool door lock was broken, so the attendant needed to go around everytime we wanted to swim to open the door for us. It didn't bother us, but we felt bad that the attendant had to go out of their way whenever our kids wanted to swim.

Liked: The breakfast was minimal. The coffee was not good (as weak as a cup of tea). It was just a mediocre "free" breakfast, but that's what we get for free. The breakfast staff folks were very nice and the area was clean.
Disliked: On the day of my departure (after three nights), I checked out very early to get a good start on a long drive. I found the battery of my car dead and needed help. The front desk clerk was extremely nice when I asked her if the maintenance folks might have jumper cables. She said that she had some cables in her own car and put on a jacket to go pull her car around to the front to help me. Unfortunately, her boss met her on her way out the door and told her no. Apparently, her boss claimed "liability" and that she couldn't help me. It's crazy that in this litigious world, one person cannot help another person with a simple act of kindness. What has become of the world when "liability" prevents a helping hand? It was 6:30am, raining and I was travelling alone and the management refused to help. Sad. I just cannot respect that excuse. (This review says Robert, but that is my husband. I was travelling alone.)

Liked: Room was really nice kids loved it
Disliked: They over charged me for a second night when I only booked to stay for one night. So my trip didn't go as expected because I was short on the money they took from my card and had to wait the following week to get refunded.

Liked: Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Disliked: Discrepancy on what booking.com charged and with the hotel wanted to charge me. We did get it satisfactorily settled but a little bit of a headache

Amazing service at a super...

Liked: The room was super clean. The staff was amazing. I loved that the bed was not so high I couldn’t get into it. When we checked in the front desk agent showed us a map where our room was and explained where to park for the easiest access which is much appreciated since we are both handicapped also love that they honored our request for a roll in shower
Disliked: The people right above our room had kids that stamped and ran in the room until very late at night and the second night we were there the woman in the room next to ours yelled and screamed at someone and banged the doors for most of the night. Not a problem the motel had really but there wasn’t much else we could find wrong with our stay. The property was kinda far from where we needed to be but again not the motel’s problem we could have chosen differently.
