Liked: Friendly staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very nice, and genuinely helpful and accommodating. I mentioned at checkin that I would miss breakfast next morning because I would be out from 6 to 10.30, and the very kind receptionist went in the dining room and brought some yogurt and milk to my room. Later, I asked for a 1 hour extension late checkout, and a different receptionist readily and smilingly agreed.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: Location. Large rooms. Friendly staff
Disliked: Had to go back down to front desk for sofa bed bedding. Queen beds squeaked loudly when you turned over.

Regret spending our time and...

Liked: Good location, but a little higher priced than the others in the vicinity so don’t think the overall value is there. No mention of $75 pet fee per 1 night stay. We got there and was surprised by this as We would Not have booked this place with that!

Disliked: Dirty, dirty, dirty. Dirty room, Dirty hallways. Looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Also, doesn't feel very safe. Some prostitution going on there.

Adequate facilities

Liked: The location was convenient. Adequate breakfast with a mix of hot and cold items. Room was spacious, and bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit dated, some sloppy repairs in our room.
