HORRIBLE staff

Liked: Size of the rooms
Disliked: Erika the GM is horrible along with the front desk worker Michael, I was double charged on a room and they both said they'd refund me then when the time came NOTHING I will be taking legal action.

Comfortable stay near the university.

Liked: Location, friendly staff
Disliked: Noisy and needs a refresh.

Disliked: the hot tub wasn't was turning, but no big deal

Will not stay there again.

Liked: Convince to where we needed to go.
Disliked: The bathroom ceiling was falling in and water started leaking from it during the night. They moved us to a different room that was smaller than the original only after I hold them twice about the leak. Then at 11 pm they rented the room that they moved us to because the night shift didn’t know we were there.

I will never stay here...

Liked: Breakfast could be better
Disliked: Nothing really, and the staff were horrible on the phone all the time and no one smiling!

Liked: Pool was good. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: They didn’t have key cards for the rooms so we had to find a worker every time we needed to go to our room. That was terrible

Nice Getaway

Liked: It’s in a good location close enough to all the fun things to do on the west side of town. Pool was well stocked with towels and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfy.
Disliked: Hot tub was warm and didn’t bubble. Might have been user error though.
