Liked: Well lighted, safe , good location in middle of college station
Disliked: Construction with updates so short term dust but long term will be newly renovated

All in all, it was...

Liked: The breakfast was good. A nice variety of breakfast foods was provided and they were well prepared. The scrambled eggs and sausage I had were quite tasty.
Disliked: This facility was in the process of being remodeled. The rooms had already been remodeled, but the common areas had yet to be done. I did not like the smells associated with the remodeling primary paint odors.

Liked: Breakfast was good, the front desk lady was nice enough to change our rooms when we had a problem.
Disliked: Inform guests that construction was going on in the hotel because the smell was so bad from the paint. Paint drippings, materials were all over the carpets outside the rooms.

Bad

Liked: Breakfast good but pool was closed
Disliked: Pool was closed

Liked: Room was large
Disliked: It was under construction and the hot water was not hot very low pressure

Pleasant

Liked: Location
Disliked: My reservation was lost

I will not stay here...

Liked: Breakfast was as expected; no too fancy but met the needs.
Disliked: Never told the hotel was under renovation. Outlets didn't work, debris everywhere. Price point did not correspond to the amount of inconveniences associated with the renovation.
