Liked: Absolutely terrible front desk service. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude. I actually never checked in, the hotel employee sold the room out from under us. We are from Northern Michigan and drove several hours and showed up at midnight to check in and they had rented our room out. I will never recommend this to anybody. What a terrible establishment.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and size of the room was good
Disliked: I’ve stayed here before and this time I was shocked to see how it went down in appearance. My door frame had chipped paint, the elevators looked dirty, the furniture was chipped and the room felt clammy for lack of a better word. Totally disappointed in how the hotel looked in general. In the tub the drain was in an awkward place and taking a shower I kept stepping on it. Toilet paper holder is also in an awkward position and really should be on the opposite side. Also the breakfast needs more items to choose from
