Liked: I loved the lady who checked us in. Gave me an upgrade on the room & helped me buy my children snacks out of the hotel store.
Disliked: I had an issue with one of the staff. I believe his name started with an R. He was rude to my children and argued with them instead of talking to me about whatever issue he had with them.

Disliked: The 1st floor smells like mildew & our key cards didn’t work well it took like 3 mins and 30 tries to get in the door to the room.

Disliked: The pool liner is coming apart and it was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet. The shower water in our room ran brown at first.
