Disliked: I paid for our room whenever I made the booking, however, whenever I checked in the hotel, was trying to bill my card again not just for the damage deposit but for the entire room. My daughter and I had to stand at the front desk for at least 20 minutes trying to sort that mess out. We checked out on a Sunday and on Monday the hotel was trying to bill my card again, but twice as much! I really feel that that is unprofessional. It was mind blowing that I had already paid for my room, even received a confirmation email/receipt that I tried to show the front desk. the swimming pool needs to be cleaned. Desperately, needs more chlorine and shock. The water looked hazy and gross, I even think I got athletes foot from walking around the swimming pool, barefoot. I’ve never had those issues before, but the pool was not clean, and neither was the room that it was in. All of this was very disappointing especially the part where the hotel was trying to take triple the amount of money that the room actually cost. I am still waiting on my deposit.

Disliked: No vent fans in restrooms. The bed was up right.
