Very nice

Liked: Hotel staff was very friendly

Location was good, staff was...

Liked: the location, and the only person working was the girl at the check in counter and she was very nice and polite. They did allow us to use their breakfast room as a place for our family to gather and eat, as we were there for a funeral and there was about 30 family members staying there from different states.
Disliked: The room was not very clean and outdated. The sheets on our bed had stains on them and rather than repacking our belongings we (my husband and myself)changed our own sheets since there was on house keeping there, bathroom mirror was missing as well as the stopper in the bathroom sink. In the morning when I went to make coffee in the room and poured in water there was some kind of slim that was floating in the water. Also we had problems with the door key sometimes it worked sometimes it did not, other family members also had problems with their doors not locking at all.

Liked: The front desk woman was vey nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the woman working the breakfast was exceptionally helpful.

Disliked: There were people in the grill area of the hotel playing loud music and setting off fireworks that’s lights were shining through our window until 11pm! It was so loud, and bright we couldn’t sleep and no one told them to stop until they caught the dumpster on fire and the fire truck had to come!! For the room, Walls and closets had holes in them. Shower was dirty!!! Desk chair was literally completely peeled off leather. Desk was dirty. Overall the room was just filthy.

Disliked: Breakfast didn’t taste the best & the fridge in the room was not properly cleaned.

Liked: We couldn’t get in our room because the key lock batteries were dead. They had no one there to fix it . So they had to give us another room.The new room was not up to standard . They told us they usually would not rent it. The one shower door was broke. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. One light in the entry didn’t work. They were suppose to give me money off on my bill. But all they did was not charge me for the king size room. I still paid for my queen room.
