Not as enjoyable as previous...

Liked: We couldn’t get in our room because the key lock batteries were dead. They had no one there to fix it . So they had to give us another room.The new room was not up to standard . They told us they usually would not rent it. The one shower door was broke. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. One light in the entry didn’t work. They were suppose to give me money off on my bill. But all they did was not charge me for the king size room. I still paid for my queen room.

There are better options

Liked: It had a bed and a working bathroom. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It just didn’t feel clean in the room. The shower had mold. For over a hundred dollars a night I expect better.

Difficult, unprofessional, & will not...

Liked: The room was alright , after the 3rd try
Disliked: They gave away my room I booked a month in advance, tried to put me in a smaller room, then put me into a dirty room (that still had the tip for the maid in it).. after alllll of that I finally got the room I booked smh

Was convenient

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: When we got there and got the key for our room, the key will not work. The issue has another set. Still wouldn’t the staff with the master key couldn’t get into that room. We had to get a whole new room.And the breakfast wasn’t worth it not too good of a selection for people who can’t eat certain things almost everything they had from a whole day that’s only able to eat one item
