Disliked: Room needs a deep clean!!, pillows on bed were stained(need new pillows!), fridge was sticky to touch, all lights not working in bathroom, (apparently it's common in at least the 3 rooms we were offered) , the bathroom floor still had hair from previous people. The sofa and ottomans were to gross to use.The breakfast lady was just lounging at a table the first morning...clueless that there was no coffee...no water...only whole milk...why would they not offer bananas?only apples. The decaffeinated coffee was empty our entire stay.Pool area was not well stocked with towels. Most places we stay the front desk is well informed about local places to dine/eat ...we did not experience that here.Not even brochures of nearby attractions .Not sure why this is rated a 4 but I'd give it a 2.5 for cleanliness and maintenance.

Disliked: Room was not cleaned when we arrived.What appeared to be several rabbit droppings were in our room on entering.Carpet was dirty, was noticed on bare feet.

It was the grossest hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Run down hotel and the pillows were so gross we wouldn’t use them. We asked for more towels so we could sleep on them and bought blankets at a local store because we were not sleeping in those sheets.

Short stay but comfortable to...

Liked: It comfortably fit me, my husband and 4 kids in one room for a night of rest on our trip home
Disliked: The elevator seemed like it needed attention after the first time going on it we chose to use the stairs as my kids were afraid to go on it.
