Dirty, musty, and overpriced.

Liked: Friendly desk staff
Disliked: Room musty and damp. AC didn’t remove humidity. Curtains didn’t close so room was too bright in the morning. Room did not come with linens for the pullout bed. Dirty under the sink. Way too pricey for the quality.

Liked: Breakfast great- friendly staff- room was clean
Disliked: We needed to utilize the pull-out sofa and the room was very little- so when bed was pulled out people sleeping in the regular bed couldn't get to the bathroom. We were only there for one night so it was manageable.

Excellent hotel

Liked: We loved the free breakfast. They were kind enough to let us eat right after breakfast was over. Staff made sure we were able to grab what we could before cleaning up everything. That was so sweet of them.
Disliked: If I must say anything bad which wasn't much. Although the pool was inside, the water was cold. It would be nice to have the pool heated up a bit.

Liked: The room, breakfast, location were all excellent except for the land line not being operable.

Great hotel and not far...

Liked: Everything was great this choice hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was all friendly and you couldn't help but smile around them. The beds was so comfortable especially after driving from Orange Beach. The breakfast was so delicious I will stay here again just for the breakfast. Also was reasonably priced for the location and not far from Alabama Adventure.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Dirty rooms, had bugs that flew around and bit me and my family

Overall the place was great...

Liked: The stay was good and all it was comfortable and leisure and the food was great
Disliked: What I didn’t like is the staff one of them in particular was rude to my guests in anyway just because they was my my room as guests you didn’t have come follow them upstairs and pick on them I trusted them that all that matters even with my key mistakes the keys kept messing up not letting me in my room the noise upstairs saying they got a complaint from me the complaint should be that loud talking and banging noise and construction that was upstairs nobody was bothering no one
