Friendly staff, good location, will...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and other areas were kept clean.
Disliked: No negatives. It’s a great value.

Very clean rooms with many...

Liked: Room was spotless. Marcus was very helpful and nice explaining all I needed to know. He even put effort into finding a room with wheelchair accommodations. I will hope to stay here again in the future.
Disliked: The morning desk lady probably hates her job, it shows.

Liked: Comfortable beds, nice location, spacious room
Disliked: Not too clean, bathtub flooded after 1', we had to get out a pack of hair of the drainage. Disgusting, but we couldn't take a shower. Breakfast was bad also. Kids wouldn't eat anything. We didn''t enjoy anything from breakfast.

Liked: The location and the room were fine
Disliked: It was a hot day and it was very hot inside the room when I arrived. The AC was working poorly and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat

Very good

Liked: We used it as a base for visiting Sequoia National Park and it was roughly a 1 hour drive to the park’s main gates. The rate was high but it was a holiday weekend late booking. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple fare.
