Comfortable/affordable hotel with a few...
Liked: Overall, the facility was clean and staff were pleasant. Rooms were spacious and the addition of a couch was greatly appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable?my family slept well! Additionally, daily breakfast was enjoyable. Thank you.
Disliked: I was unaware that an elevator was not available and due to a previous knee injury I sustained prior to my trip, it was difficult to climb the stairs daily. I would recommend adding at least 3 more washers. Our group of friends found it difficult to wash for our family with only 1 washer.

Neutral establishment, nothing notable, poor...
Disliked: Front desk staff does not even look at the special requests made during reservation process. At check-in I have reiterated my registered request for a quiet room and the young receptionist assigned me to a room exposed to the highway noise and by the top of the stairs leading to second floor (a place through all guests pass to reach their rooms on second floor). I refused twice the proposed "quiet" rooms and I finally accepted the third one which wasn't bad from noise perspective. Lack of elevator. At check out, the receptionist wasn't able to provide me with a proper invoice (clearly showing rates per day, taxes, method of payment etc.). After long researches in the computer she provided me with a paper saying only that the balance is zero. As it wasn't a business trip and didn't need proofs of payment for reimbursements I let it go.

Liked: Room was spacy with little fridge, microwave and coffee machine. It is about 1 hour drive to Sequoia National Park - that was perfect for us.
Actually there is no elevator - if you are travelling with lots of luggage you should write a Mail to the hotel before you check in to get a room on the ground floor.
