Pictures on booking were deceiving....

Liked: Price and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The carpets looked dirty The couch was hard The restroom lights kept Turing off and on . Breakfast was very poor rated . The front guy wasn’t friendly

Comfortable beds in large but...

Liked: Large room with comfortable beds. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: No cleaning (over four nights stay). The bathroom looked worn and would need refurbishing.

Liked: Location was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Electric outlets did not work,so lights near bed did not work. Asked for bath towels and received pool towels.

Horrible Experience/ Booking.com as well.

Liked: Nothing was nice about this experience. Still trying to getting my cancellation money back.
Disliked: Comfort Suite/ Booking.com are advertise false pictures of hotel rooms. First of all, the front desk doesn't even look like from online to in person. Secondly, the pictures show a nice indoor pool when I get there with 4 kids it's no pool. The pool area is a storage room with old tables. I could see roaches in hallway in the building. I tried to get my money back 174.00 for one night. I am getting the run around from Booking.com and the front desk at Comfort Suites. They are all lying if you asking me. I would never use Booking.com again. They need to do a better job on promoting hotels pictures on Booking.com.

Liked: It was a bad experience from start to finish.First I couldn’t get them to answer the phone to let them no I had car trouble so I was going to be checking in around 6:00 AM. I got there and D.K said I was a no show and my room was canceled He did not offer a solution. Then I had to get a different room and he said it would be $40 to check I. Early. I was charged $80. He refused to help resolve that.hecwas very rude and no caring for good customer service. The tubs in multiple rooms were peeling. The bathroom has a lot to be desired. The pool is under construction and it does not say so online. Clocked nothing about this hotel.;;

Liked: The was nice and 35 minutes away from where we needed to go! So it was convenient for us!
Disliked: Breakfast need some work! Food was half cooked or burnt! I paid for a room with a spa bath in it and the bath was nasty! Soon I turnt on the jets stuff was flowing in the water! I couldn’t relax while I was away from home!
