great team

Liked: team was great. they allowed us to check in 11:30pm
Disliked: unfortunately the room they gave to us was all dirty. no housekeep. we had to go to reception again and ask for another one. once we complained they came with us and find another clean room. i cant complain because they solved our problem, however that was an issue.
