Disliked: As of the current date, they’re still holding my deposit when they said they released it a month ago, but it still have been pending in my account.

Worst stay ever…stay at your...

Liked: The lobby smelled of freshly smoked marijuana. The room had a damp musty smell. The shower faucet was wobbly. I found a bed bug inside of the window curtain reported it to both the front desk and booking.com customer service. I reported the issue to both the front desk and booking.com customer service the issue was not resolved at all. Booking.com informed me that I would hear from the manager in one to two hours but that never happened. I am writing this review on April 14, 2025, my stay was on April 12,2025. I have yet to receive a call from the manager or booking.com. This is very unacceptable.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is very good, it's close to everything. Also, the staff was nice during my stay.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty and in desperate need to be maintenance. I have never stayed in hotel that dirty! There was a blood stain on the carpet, there where hole/patch marks on the walls and the a/c was loud and sounded like it was ready to fall apart. The hallways also had a terrible smell. I was afraid to sleep with the lights off because I thought something may crawl on me.

Very good

Liked: The staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the smooth jazz playing in the lobby. It gave a relaxing feel after a long day of travel. The rooms were a nice size
Disliked: The lamp shades in the room looked dirty. The remote was very dirty, I always spay and wipe down items at any hotel.
