Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend, never...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, lemon water in lobby was refreshing.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, strings of hair in various areas of room. Room was outdated. Pool water was freezing cold and unenjoyable. The desk worker, male, was inexperienced with cashier and customer service. Charged my card an extra night, and than was nasty about it as if I didn’t know hotel policies.

Liked: I requested and paid in advance a room away from the elevator, my room was across from the elevator. The room was not clean, the linen on the bed smelled, the room was not properly cleaned. I was not pleased for the money that was spent.
Disliked: The room being cleaner, the fact that I gave a preference and it was not honored.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant especially dealing with difficult tenants. My heart went out to them having to deal with such chaos.
Disliked: drama by other tenants and no clean towels unless there 3 days.

Liked: For a fast food presentation, ok, variety. As a health and fitness expert, the fruit loops are an infusion of chemicals not needed in kids diets. Nice variety, missing vegetarian/vegan selections. Presentation and convince well done for self-serve. Young lady service personnel very kind and gracious as I was in a hurry trying to avoid the storms during my 4 hr drive. Did not investigate the fitness area nor office space as was only here for my big birthday event changing clothes and catching a few hours rest. Once checking in at the front desk, Stacie was delightful and THE BEST as were the other attendees (housekeeper and hospitality server). Parking was ample spacing and availability
Disliked: Since I had prepaid my reservation and verified via phone my registration, arriving at my destination in Sumter, my time was cut short when told I had to stop by the facility. As a courtesy and to verify my reservation Saturday, I called and was told I had to personally check-in which I immediately proceeded to do. Unfortunately, this interrupted my party arrival... HOWEVER, for security, I understand WHY you required the personal face-to-face check-in. I wish I had been made aware beforehand as I would have gone directly to the hotel and checked in and then to my party destination.

Disliked: The smell of marijuana was strong. There were bugs crawling on the walls. Plumbing issues.
