Poorly managed facility

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Carpets weere worn ti ragged edges, and stained. The grounds were filthy, building littered, bed worn out, decore aged, but presentable. Not what I normally find with CHOICE HOTELS. Breakfast is terrible, all starches, no proteins, or, juices.

Liked: I asked for the 2 rooms to be side by side or across and they were not. My room had small roaches. My sister room, she went down to get new bedding because her baby threw up and they told her they didn't have any extra bedding. The worker and the supervisor.

Liked: The location and close proximity to shopping.
Disliked: Outdated very old in need of renovations. Smells like smoke,the first room that I was sent to had a bathtub that was filled with cracks and holes. It never should have been assigned.One word..Roaches! Filthy stains on carpet. Does not meet expectations.
