The stay could have been...

Liked: I asked for the 2 rooms to be side by side or across and they were not. My room had small roaches. My sister room, she went down to get new bedding because her baby threw up and they told her they didn't have any extra bedding. The worker and the supervisor.

Liked: I like the area
Disliked: No towels

Liked: The location and close proximity to shopping.
Disliked: Outdated very old in need of renovations. Smells like smoke,the first room that I was sent to had a bathtub that was filled with cracks and holes. It never should have been assigned.One word..Roaches! Filthy stains on carpet. Does not meet expectations.

It was ok, could’ve been...

Liked: My first room was perfect but the tv didn’t work so they gave me a new room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So I had to change the sheets/towels myself. The staff was super friendly. Housekeeping may have been busy and didn’t get to every room. I think it’s worth another shot from them. The customer service more than covered for what didn’t go well.

I would never stay at...

Liked: The location was ideal for my work event. It’s near lots of restaurants and other businesses.
Disliked: The property was very dirty and run down. I had to switch rooms due to the A/C unit being very loud and the tv not working in the first room. The second room still had a malfunctioning tv. The carpet in the hallways were terrible. Walls were dirty. Elevator buttons didn’t properly work. The store area near the front desk was half empty and looked unkept. There were loud people in the hallways and there’s no hot breakfast except for a waffle maker.
