Liked: The staff was great, breakfast was wonderful, the room was comfy and clean! We loved the complementary soda fountain and fruit, also.
Disliked: Wifi wasn’t very great

Beyond my expectations

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great. The room was meticulously cleaned and set up. The bathroom was spacious and well lit.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the beds were very firm. The parking situation was a bit of a downside, but we managed.

Liked: It had new looking floors and they gave me a refund when I did not stay.
Disliked: It smelled extremely strongly of cheap harsh cleaning chemicals. The smell was so strong throughout the lobby and even in the room that it gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I was unable to stay the night. They also had a religious picture in the lobby.

Close to Grant NP

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. Gym available. Breakfast was decent. Free parking.
Disliked: The humidity in the room was bad. Tried a different room but it felt the same. Ended up using a dehumidifier to get the room somewhat comfortable. There were also several pieces of hair on the bathroom floor.
