Staff needs training in customer...

Liked: Room had plenty of counter space and charging outlets. At check in, Lance was very welcoming and pleasant.
Disliked: Areas of the room and bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time. (see photo of lamp with dust and pill and hair in bathroom corner). Shower head had no water pressure. Asked about the faulty shower head and received no assistance. When checking out, the person at the counter barely acknowledged us. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options for a larger group to sit and none of the tables were clean. We came down toward the end of breakfast and not much was filled up. The location was convenient.
Disliked: The staff was not very knowledgeable and didn’t answer the phone both times I called down. I had to go downstairs to get towels and bedding for the sofa bed. He did not give me a fitted sheet and the wrong size pillowcases. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and dirty. The couch had a lot of big stains. The walls were dirty with coffee/drink spills in multiple spots, as well as shoes marks on the wall. Also, the peep hole is missing. It is just a hole that people can look into our room. Very uncomfortable-we put Kleenex in the hole.
