Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: They drained the pool and that was a main reason I chose the hotel. Had a lot of down time and couldn't use the pool and was told we could go elsewhere? Chances are we will go elsewhere next time.

Very good

Liked: Very nice and clean the room was also nice and big for us. Definitely felt like had enough room and the breakfast was good in the morning.
Disliked: The pool was not open which made me and my child sad. Hopefully next time we stay they pool will be working.

The one day time manager...

Disliked: The manager was super rude. I woke up one morning and there were ants everywhere. He seemed pissed when I asked for new cards but after pretending to win unit after I cleared my stuff was very unprofessional

Liked: Great, amazing, stunning customer service and housekeeping is very great at their job. All around great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here at the Comfort Suites ☺️

EVerything was wonderful, except the...

Liked: ALmost eveything
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The sausage links were terrible. The eggs were runny. The sausage gravy looked like it was recycled from the previous day. The orange juice mix was way off. This is not an isolated issue. I've stayed at comfort suies in the past and the breakfast has never been good.

Disliked: The morning male front desk person (03/26/2025) needs to be trained on customer service. I am a church minister. This is the first time I dealt with such horrible individual. This man is rude.
