Comfort Suites Spring

Our stay at comfort suites

Liked: The location was near everything including the waterpark and the shopping facilities.
Disliked: The pool was under maintenance and the gym was small and they were short on towels.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked that it was in close proximity to a lot of things so we didn't have to drive too far to get where we needed to go.
Disliked: I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a not fresh smell and the other room seemed to never really cool down. It may be because the window faced the freeway so we kept the blinds closed but it was still not cool enough to say that the thermostat was set to 60. Also we found a tiny roach dead in the freezer part of the mini fridge the first day and the second day one crawled across the counter in the bathroom and another across the night stand between the two queen beds. There's definitely a pests problem that needs to be addressed.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were large and clean.

Liked: Comfortable and perfect location
Disliked: Maybe the pillows need to be soft

Terrible

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: The pool had cigarette buds in it, and all around it, staff wasn't friendly/professional or accommodating and very manic( rushing away to mobe her car to another parkingspot or the fact that she double parked and huffed because it inconvenienced her when i tried to buy a drink because she'd have to do more work). The bathroom didn't feel sanitized, and the environment was rough

Disappointing

Liked: It was extremely nice and the staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The room was so hot and took forever to cool down.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The furniture in the rooms need to be up dated. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The floors in my room were filthy and it just did not smell fresh.

Great location and staff but...

Liked: Location and the diversity of the rooms catering to large families.
Disliked: Definitely needs some renovations done. Elevator had no air. Property on the inside looks pretty old. Just need some tender love and care.
