Not recommended for people travelling...

Liked: Only the location was ok
Disliked: Wifi was totally crap, room was smelly like moisture, breakfast was very limited in selection, staff was rude, they forced us to check out just at the time of checkout even we checked in very late.

Staff were very friendly and...

Liked: It wasn’t far from Detroit Zoo and prices were decent considering other hotels in area Main reason for booking was free cancellation policy and pay at check in.
Disliked: The mattress of pull out couch was stained! This was unacceptable. We asked for a blanket and some toilet paper and Kleenex (our room only had single roll of toilet tissue on the dispenser and almost empty box of Kleenex and no extras in bathroom) and we were to pick them up at front desk-VERY INCONVENIENT as we were already in our pajamas!! They did not offer to bring to our room. My husband had to put clothes back on and go down and get them. One of the BIGGEST LETDOWNS WAS DISCOVERING THE POOL WAS SO CLOUDY AND WATER LOOKED YUCK! You couldn’t even see through water or see bottom of pool!! Our grandkids were VERY DISAPPOINTED. With pool being unusable, we definitely weren’t going to get into hot tub!! We did not see anyone using either one. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. We specifically chose a hotel with a pool for our grandkids!! And lastly, hotel was not near any decent restaurants, only a Wendy’s next to parking lot.
