Superb
Liked: That reviews that I read were totally wrong. The place was nice clean. The staff was welcoming, my Grand babies and I had a good time. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast so you know not to expect much but it was OK cause it was included.

Exceptional
Liked: Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, and great amenities such as the pool, concessions & breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious and had lots of seating, counter space, and outlets. If I ever have to travel to this area again, I know where to stay.

Not worth the money. We...
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room was filthy. Hair balls everywhere. The whole floor was sticky, Like they forgot to take the cleaning product off. I did a video, but can’t post it. Gross!!!! Sheets had some dirt stains. We wouldn’t go back.

Tragic
Liked: If you are interested in LTU, the location is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. The beds were OK. The receptionist (Blaine) was very nice and helpful and tried to make up for the hotel's deficiencies in any way she could.
Disliked: Breakfast (4out of 5 days there were no scrabbled eggs (they ran out and the tray was staying empty for long periods of time. The waffle mix was always empty, the place was dirty. Wi Fi was terrible. Reminded me of the glorious 90s. I had to make a big deal in order to start having cleaning service. The excuse was "too many people' which should be a positive for the hotel. Instead it was understaffed and the usual answer was 'Did you see the general manager?' The hotel IS NOT RENOVATED as I read somewhere. Very old furniture, a telephone without wires (disconnected), a wardrobe that looked like a school's locker (tiny), a fawccett that was leaking a lot in the bathroom, messing up the whole countertop. Overall, one of the worst places I ever stayed. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED, unless if you have to be next to LTU and you are on a very low budget.

We had an awesome trip
Liked: The orange juice hit the spot, but not the powdered eggs.
Disliked: The room had previous guests crumbs and pretzels. Yikes!Use egg patties w/ cheese instead of powdered eggs.
