Liked: Everything! From the friendly staff, how clean the bathroom was (no pee smell). We loved the breakfast in the morning as well.

Liked: Location. It was a stay-cation. Close to home. And I love South Haven.
Disliked: The rooms were not that clean. The door was missing on the closet. The bathroom did not have towel racks to hang towels. The Heated pool was not heated. The site said heated, but the pool was very cold. And a family with boys, aged between 2&7, the middle child developed hypothermia.Microwave front and office chair legs were dirty. Couch had dirty hand prints on it which wiped off when I took a damp washcloth to it. Very large mirror was hung crooked. The entry door to room hung at an angle, that when you used the cross-over lock on it, it lifted the door.
