Disliked: Smell, Carpet, restroom door did not lock. Free breakfast was bland.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioning would not get to a low temperature at night, so we had really bad sleep where we were sweating throughout the night. The furniture all looked like it had been chewed by a dog, which didn't really bother me but made me think they weren't putting their best foot forward to customers.

They turned their bad situation...

Liked: The young man who help me when I first arrived, was excellent and gratefully helpful. He knew what it took to please the customers. He is very knowledgeable about his job duties to be of that age. Even though that campus was having technical difficulties. He remained calm and took care of business professionally. Everyone was extremely happy and nice.
Disliked: I can tell that it is an older suite and it needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet needs to be replaced the refrigerator needs to be replaced, and the A/C needs some work. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.
