Disliked: Hot tub made alot of noise when running

Liked: The property is nice, breakfast options were plentiful.
Disliked: The pool table didn’t have all the balls, the jacuzzi wasn’t entirely filled and the water from the jets were in effective and shot out of the jacuzzi like a geyser, the room smelled like it was cleaned with men’s cologne.

Not a very restful nights...

Liked: Place was clean and easy check in. Communication with staff was excellent from pre-booking until I had an issue.. then they went silent. I would have thought there would be some kind of gesture to make up for the serious inconvenience of no sleep for any of us
Disliked: Room above us must have been a staff room or something. Constantly all night long there was loud music/TV. And you could hear every step taken. Back and fourth all night long. Hardly slept at all. Plus the blackout curtains are deco only and the spotlights outside the window shine right into the room. The breakfast was extremely basic.and not very good. Was really hoping this would turn out to be our regular half way stop on trips to ohio. But seems we will have to keep searching
