Test smoke alarms at a time that does not affect your customers. It was brutal!

Disliked: You are leaving alone the only employee at the counter in the night shift.So, whenever the employee needs a break or go for lunch this creates a 30 mins delay in customer attention when there is a customer coming to check in (or out, or has a question, etc.) in the middle of the night or in the early hours of the morning.Please do not leave your employee alone at the counter, you need a backup.Also, some areas of the hotel (like the elevator and some section of the shower inside my bathroom) could really use a renovation project and they will look great again.

Disliked: room cleaning should be less than every three days if not every day then every other day a loud noise that keeps me awake at nights (sometimes)

Disliked: The staff (approx 4 people) kept banging on my door trying to open the door saying housekeeping real loud. They called my room, It was early in the morning and I was sleeping. I told them to come back, they kept banging on my door trying to get in, the only reason they couldn't was because of the door stopper. It was as if they were possessed. One of the employees, a bigger lady came outside asked if I was in room #... And looked at me for like 5 minutes and went back inside. That was one crazy experience. I called the police because I got scared, They advised the police that I was trespassing and that they didn't want me at the hotel. I was alone, all I did was checked in and sleep. I spoke to no one. Didn't cause any problems. I was left spooked. Terrible experience.
