Comfort Suites Saskatoon

No longer our first choice

Liked: They were accommodating with our check-in and out times, which was really appreciated. Breakfast was good, decent selection, and the staff were quick to refill items as needed.
Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years, and it is getting run down, especially considering the price keeps increasing. We had two children sleeping on the hide-a-bed in our room, and by morning, they were practically on the floor, the mattress had sunk so bad.There were broken tiles in the pool and hot tub. Over the phone, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I spoke to a few different people, but in person, no smiles, no asking how our stay was, they barely spoke. This used to be our first choice hotel, but we have started looking for other options.

Good and Not so Good!

Liked: Good breakfast, friendly staff, rooms are well equipped, easy on and off the highway. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Toilet seat was so loose almost fell off!!! Rugs need serious cleaning or replacement. Lots of stains. Bathroom door inside shows it's wear. Needs some tender love.

Liked: Comfortable and clean beds, bathroom great and decent breakfast
Disliked: Some parts need to be commensurate with the price, pricey for its type and can be at least 25% cheaper
