Was very nice; loved the room.
Liked: Free breakfast 7-10 a.m. - very nice; 24 hour fitness room; great service.

Clean environment but hostile service.
Liked: The room was freshly clean and the bed is really soft. The fridge is new and the couch is comfortable.
Disliked: I signed up on Booking.com and I had a kid who's in his teens. When we got there, a one of the workers tried to say he was an adult so I would pay more. Then I get to the room and couldn't lock it. You have to physically lift the door for the lock to slide into place. The heater doesn't stay on for more than two minutes at a time so the room is cold because of the beach breeze. The internet is free if you sign up for a program or watch an ad, which is a first for me. Breakfast is at seven but that's just when they start putting things out. I could have sworn seven months ago, they had food ready at six. My mother got yelled at for taking to much food but she was just making plate for us. It was a jarringly different experience from seven months ago. Which makes me sad because it was my favorite hotel.

Liked: Room near ice machine was loud. Parking was a challenge sometimes.

I would return again if...
Liked: The location of the hotel and size of the room were very nice. There were plenty of clean towels.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell, microwave was very dirty, air conditioner made a loud rattling noise, pillows were very old and terrible, bed was not comfortable. Sliding glass door would open but not shut properly. The young man at check in was not friendly and would only greet male guests.
