A roach appeared by our...

Liked: Property doesn’t look like the photos.
Disliked: A roach appeared by our bed headboard after 3 hours of being checked in and when we went down to request a refund they said we couldn’t, nor could we speak to a manager.

Disliked: Room is really outdated and did not feel clean. Carpet is did not feel clean at all. I used my socks to not step on it.
