Comfort Suites San Clemente Beach

Was very nice; loved the room.

Liked: Free breakfast 7-10 a.m. - very nice; 24 hour fitness room; great service.

Disliked: The property is outdated ( old run down)Rooms are dark when entering. odd thru out The hotel and especially enter room. Smells /odder. Rooms need air out and a clean fresh smell. Towels. Both. Room and pool are not soft. Need better quality towels We had no condition and very little shampool had problem checking in. Room aviable was only handy cap. And facing parking lot. One was way end of hall. To far. Pool are needs new umbrellas. Need seating chairs. Table and chairs need cleaning. Cleaned my self.

Liked: Nice size room, had refrigerator and microwave. Nice seating area.
Disliked: TV would lose signal.

Liked: It was cute and staff was nice
Disliked: The hot tub was cold, the pool was cold and there was fruit flies in the room

Disliked: The a/c was blocked by the bed being in front, the room did not get as cold as we wanted.

Probably won’t stay there again.

Disliked: Coffee maker wasn’t working. The room smelled really old. Maybe you should remove the carpets.

Disliked: Showers shampoo and soap were empty. Sink in bathroom leaked on floor. Toilet plugged. Breakfast buffet was not well stocked and was attended by what looked like a maintenance man that wore soiled clothing

Disliked: The room was somewhat in need of some finishing touches. Couch bed was broken.
