Ok At Best

Liked: Location was good with a lot of food options.
Disliked: Old mattress. Service was the bare minimum. Cars also got broken into.

Bed needs to be replaced!

Liked: The location was good for our needs.
Disliked: We stayed 3 days and they never cleaned our room or replaced towels or toilet tissue.The bed was awful...old and sunk in the middle!

We come to San Antonio...

Liked: Proximity to family.
Disliked: Our room had a bed w a bad Mattress. We didn’t realize it until we got in bed. Rolled into big hole in middle. Went next morning to visit w manager but he didn’t come in until 9 or 10am. We were on our way out so didn’t see him until later. He told us everything had been remodeled and all new mattresses installed. Housekeeping manager adjusted below mattress which helped some but not enough. Disappointed in lack of concern.
