Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It would have been nice to NOT be charged for 3 nights when I only stayed one night . It would have been nice to NOT have to call this hotel 3 times to explain why they needed to reverse the charges for the 2 nights that I didn’t stay.

Liked: I had a first floor accessable room. It was well appointed.
Disliked: I had problems with the bed being too hard. It woke me several times during the night with pain in my hips and shoulders. Also, while I appreciated the rubber bath mat to help with showering, I still found that slipping was still a problem even with bars. One other thing. I would have loved to have an actual bath mat when getting out of the shower. As it was I had to use my towel to stand on while drying.

Disliked: My room (207) had nail clippings besides the couch so it’s clear they didn’t clean the floor, the sheets were ruffled/wrinkled and slightly damp….AND to top it all off, I was double charged leaving by the hotel property and booking.com leaving me with NO money for my entire stay.I got my money back hours after I checked out while on my drive back home.

Liked: The location was great, staff in front are friendly and helpful
Disliked: That it was not clean!! It was very dusty, not vacuumed well there was trash behind the night stand and lamps, the comforters were very lumpy. Overall not happy with cleanliness. For this reason I will not be back, despite the great location..

Hotels sucks no security cameras

Disliked: No security cameras. Car windshield smashed in between 2-5 am. The guy at the front desk simply said “oh our cameras are dead”. The car was parked RIGHT IN front of the entrance facing the door. “sorry about that” doesn’t cut it. Not even one night free out of the 3 we paid for. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT.
