Comfort Suites Salina South

Liked: Helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The room was clean, bed fairly comfortable. Though the pillows were lumpy, which I didnt love.
Disliked: The hotel is so close to the freeway, I could not block out the sound of the cars all night- despite ear plugs and a pillow on my head. Also the light from outside was a bright as day- forcing me to shut the black out curtains (which I dont prefer).

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. All staff was welcoming and courteous, complementary breakfast was hot and fresh. Will definitely stay again. Hotel employee who was at the front desk was awesome!

Liked: I had such a poor experience , it is hard to say . The stutter itself was nice . The service was terrible expect for the poor front desk who had to leave his post at 12 pm to clean our room as housekeeping did not .
Disliked: I did not like the lack of quality in employees , the lack of follow up and customer service from management . The lack of any attempt for compensation due to their negligence .

Liked: Good value for the price
Disliked: You could tell the eggs at breakfast were from the box. Very dry.

Liked: The staff was amazing! James at the front desk went above and beyond! The staff at breakfast also had everything well stocked at all times.
Disliked: Pull out couch was definitely not comfortable
