Liked: I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day on booking and it was non refundable. The owner or manager let me in. Really great service, they took care of me!

Great location and Comfortable Beds.

Liked: The property was in a good location and there is plenty of things to do around the hotel. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: Need more space in the breakfast area. The toilets are a bit low and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Always had fresh towels daily. And facility was always clean
Disliked: The elevator malfunction a few times during our stay

Disliked: The hotel is quite old and needs refurbishing. The wall paper is peeling off the walls in the hallway, the solo elevator is old and creaky. I had room 215 and there was a big red stain on the carpet like melted wax or something, scuffs on the wall. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and discolored. All of these I wasn't too worried about, it seemed clean enough... Until I opened the drawer next to the bed and inside it was so sticky, like honey was stuck to the inside of the drawer and it got on my hand. I'm obviously the first person to open that drawer in a long time. That grossed me out. I would not visit again.
