Will never book Comfort Suites...

Liked: They tried to keep my money for a night I didn’t even stay. I had to go through too many hoops to get it back. Very disappointing
Disliked: They claim they didn’t receive my cancellation request when I had PROOF on email

Wonderful will stay again.

Liked: It was very nice and clean easy access and accommodations.
Disliked: Had to keep getting my key card redone after I used it at the exercise center or the back door it would not work for me at the room.
