Don’t stay here if you...

Liked: Bed was semi comfortable. Man at desk was pleasant enough but so soft spoken it was hard to hear him.
Disliked: Old, dirty, cramped. Couldn’t sit on toilet and have someone open the door. Had a bad funky smell. Mirror was dirty. The a/c wasn’t working. Had to change rooms. We were just too tired to go some place else.

A good stay

Liked: The check-in was very simple. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was constantly stocked and a wide variety to choose from.

Not a great experience but...

Liked: Location was convenient from the highway, we were passing thru late. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room did not have any particular odor, was not humid or stale. No obvious dirt, mattresses were acceptable, better than some. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with hot food and good variety. lots of power outlets. Room configuration was what we were looking for- 2 beds with sofa
Disliked: Door handle almost didn't work at all from the outside. It unlocked correctly with the card but took some serious fidgeting to get it to open. after that we knocked to have one of us open from the inside. Ice machine out of order. Bathroom fan alarmingly loud- turned it off. Shower head was pathetic- water mostly fell gently out of the bottom of the head. Hair dryer fluctuated randomly in sound and speed with movement, so turned that off in case it was unsafe.

Really disappointed!!

Liked: We were on the second floor. Our keys didn’t work four times. Our keys wouldn’t work in any of the outside doors nor would they work at the pool. Several times when we went to the front desk, no one was there one time a girl from the laundry room tried to help us.-kind of ridiculous!The breakfast muffins were dry on top. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Only one sofa chair in our King room. The decor in the whole hotel was was the same as it’s been since we started coming there to see our grandchildren-14 yrs.
Disliked: When we finally got into the pool area, there were large puddles of water around the edges. No towels. We won’t be back anymore
