Worst booking experience I've ever...

Disliked: Rude at the desk, not accommodating

Passable

Liked: Location is good! Close to highway. Staff was nice.
Disliked: My room toilet had what looked like dry throw up still on toilet bowl. No accommodations offered/available.

Disappointing

Disliked: Room keys wouldn't work on several occasions. Had to switch rooms because of this. The room keys didn't work for the room we switched to, as well.

Liked: That it was near my destination.
Disliked: Filthy. Room had carpet coming up. There was a mysterious crusty stain on the curtains. The elevator had sticky splatter on the doors when we arrived and left.

Liked: The location and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Dresser was broken, pool towels were never restocked.
