Not clean

Disliked: The first room we were in, the AC did not work. There were crumbs in the dresser drawers. The second room had mold in the bathroom, a used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, and black hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor.

Disliked: bed too bouncy 2nd bed too firm - felt like sleeping on a rockbathroom toilet paper holder was broken; no telephone connection - wire was missing room and building had a stale smell. we bought freshener ourselves breakfast - selection was limited and not much left halfway only got one partially used roll of toilet paper -should have supplied more. we booked a room for 3 and only got towels for 2cup for tea was too hot in the paper cup provided coffee/tea maker spit out too much water, causing overflow

Superb

Liked: Room was spacious. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Breakfast in the morning really hit the spot: Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast,cand more. Pool was nice; a little cold.
Disliked: Very minor: they ran out of jelly at breakfast, and the honey was with the coffee and tea additives instead of by the bread and toaster. We'd stay here again.

Liked: Room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: Pool was very dirty, so bad that you couldn’t even see the 2nd step down into the pool.

Liked: Staff was very nice and accessible indoor pool.
Disliked: When we set up the reservation, it was for 6 people. We didn't have sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and had to go back out to to the desk to get more at bedtime for the kids since there was none in the room. Breakfast, what was there, was good but we were out there at 815 and most stuff was gone and not replenished even tho breakfast was until 9. Most TV channels were not functioning.

It was a convenient stay...

Liked: Hot eggs and sausage for breakfast was appreciated. The room was large and clean. Good design with the sink outside of the toilet/shower room. We were able to book a room as we were driving across New York that day. Dogs are allowed!
Disliked: I didn’t like being surprised by the $100 non refundable fee for our dog. It wasn’t mentioned on the booking.com site. Also the pool was too cold to enjoy, pillows too large and hard, dining chairs in breakfast area had all the fake leather peeled off and looked bad.
