Liked: Anna in the breakfast room is super -- cooking, customer care, attitude.
Disliked: No room clean up. Hallway floors not vacuumed. Room smelled like cigarettees -- slight. Dark room.

Liked: Staff were helpful & friendly although the hotel in general seemed to be understaffed. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor which had an unpleasant odor especially in the hallway getting off the elevator. Maybe the pool contributes to this smell. The hotel just needs an overall “refresh”.

Great hotel at a Great...

Liked: The staff is always friendly and helpful with anything you need. The location is great for near-by restaurants- Waverly Place Shopping Center is a half mile away that has great restaurants as well as other great stores. Downtown Cary is a 10 minute drive away that is fun place to walk around and find nice places to eat; along with a beautiful library. I have stay here many times over the last 10 years. Great hotel at a good price to stay at; you won't be disappointed !!

Liked: There were enough beds for the occupants.
Disliked: We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because there was no shower curtain in our bathroom. There was no breakfast option for vegetarian and when asked what was there for vegetarian we were told waffles. The corridors could smell nicer.
