Liked: Very comfortable bed; large shower; 24 hour fitness center
Disliked: Incorrect room description on Booking.com -- booking described as a two room suite with one room with a queen bed and one room with king bed; however, it is one room with one king bed and one queen bed.

Very disappointed with the facility...

Liked: Location Very quiet
Disliked: Carpet stains, room smelled of (possible) dog urine, shower/tub was old and had mold and worn usage marks , hand towel holder fell off the wall, but most of all not keeping my bag that contained medication, mouthguard and various other items that don’t amount to much money and aren’t of use to anyone but me. I realized I left my bag behind on the bathroom counter, called and was informed that the hotel did not have it. Someone either threw it away or emptied the items and kept the bag.

A little issue getting in...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The hotel’s computer was telling staff I did not have reservations. I showed her my booking.com reservation. She then told me I had two reservations if I wanted to cancel one. I told her I only had one reservation at the other one was canceled previously. She did let me in the room Based on my booking.com mobile reservation.

My stay was very comfortable.

Ok in the long run

Liked: Clean and warm reception.
Disliked: Toilet was plugged and not fixed when staff was told at 3 pm. I returned at 10:30 nothing was done. I called the office again and the young man was great. Finally!
