Liked: We were there as a bride and her bridesmaids. When we arrived there were purple 🟣 like sequins in randoms spots in the room, like by the bed and in the bathroom. I overlooked it because I have tried to vacuum that stuff up and get it. I woke up in the am to shower. Turned on the dial and the faucet flew off the wall. Like the whole faucet where the water comes off. So the desk gave us the room next door to shower in. People at the front were very nice. When it came time to getting ready we were down one outlet that was not functional. We were ready for some bumps but they were pretty inconvenient when you have 5 people getting ready for a wedding.

Very Disappointed Pool is closed

Liked: The rooms where big
Disliked: I booked the hotel for the pool. We had been at wrestling all day and my Littles wanted to swim. I booked and paid 20 mins before arriving at it was close to our location. When we arrived at the property we where informed the pool was closed due to the City and Health Department coming in and shutting it down. That tells me something is up. I was very disappointed as we couldn't just go somewhere but it also wasn't stated that pool was shut down and has been for a week or longer. Hotel is out dated, our one room definitely needed some new paint as there was large spots of just sheetrock.

Disliked: Tiles by hot tub were in disrepair. Still usable but definitely needs to be fixed

Liked: The property was clean and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Staff not present at check in. It took a while to get someone to check us in. Staff informed us that the swimming pool was open. However sign on pool door said it was closed. Staff had to contact her supervisor about the pool. Apparently the pool had chemicals added that day, day before Thanksgiving. We drove 250 miles with kids who really were excited to spend time in the pool before going to grandmas house the next day for Thanksgiving. By the time the staff was able to give us verification that the pool was indeed closed, it was too late to find another hotel and have the kids use the pool before the 10:00 pool closing time. A few other people we talked to were also upset about the pool being closed. One family did leave and another one was in the same situation as us and felt they had to stay. Staff informed everyone that no refunds could be made until the supervisor was present which was the next morning.
