Great stay

Liked: Pool was not cold. Our room had a sitting area which is nice for guests. Staff friendly. Able to our 3 rooms near each other. Location was great for us. Breakfast was hot.
Disliked: Handicap parking was a little farther to walk than expected. We parked across from entrance, which seemed closer to the door. Maybe the snow and landscape made it seem farther. .

Disliked: Upon check in was not told hot tub was closed and Jacuzzi in room was broken. It was the reasons we chose this hotel.

We will stay there again.

Liked: The room was ready on time but was missing one thing and they were quick to get it to us,the whirlpool tube worked in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went the mile to help us.
Disliked: The hot Tub in the Pool Area was not working again very disappointed , It seems to not working a lot
