Great place at a great...

Liked: Very clean & the room was perfect size for 3 people. The value was great.
Disliked: I called earlier on the day of arrival and was told the shuttle would be running when I arrived. When I landed and called for the shuttle pick up. I was told that there was no driver. I ended up paying for a Uber that resulted in a $30 expenditure.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff! And it’s very clean.

Liked: Their quick action to replace the lack of shuttle driver with an Uber driver
Disliked: No wall plaque explaining that the window shades were remote controlled. The remote should be wall mounted next to the window.

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was good, better on the weekend.

Liked: Great breakfast and clean rooms. A great value for the price.

Liked: didn't have breakfast left before it was available, had be at at the airport by 5 am. Cannot eat before 10 or 11 in the morning.
Disliked: nothing everything was fine and quiet

Nice room for the price....

Liked: Nice room, quiet, plenty of space for the four of us. The bathroom area with the toilet and bathtub/shower was bigger than most hotel rooms, which was a really nice feature. The sink was outside of that part of the bathroom, which was nice too. Two people can be getting ready at the same time. The architecture of the hotel itself was very interesting. I wish we could have come in the summer because the pool area looked like it would have been beautiful and fun. All in all, for the price, I though the room was great.
Disliked: The breakfast area was somewhat of a mess. It would have been better to have a few more people bussing the tables and keeping up with refilling the food. It would have been better to have a little more counter space by the sink and a towel rack for the hand towel. It would have also been better to have two queen beds instead of two doubles. I didn't see that they offered that, but I might have just not seen that because they were sold out of those rooms.

Liked: Proximity to where I needed to go.
Disliked: They gave me someone elses reservation and room charges and I still need to sort that out.
